My counselling is at 9 but no call is coming from the counselor

If your counselling was scheduled for 9:00 AM and you have not received a call, please wait for some time as there may be a delay due to a high number of candidates. Also, keep your phone switched on and ensure there are no network issues or call-blocking settings.
If you still do not receive a call after a reasonable wait, contact the counselling authority through their official helpline or email for assistance.
