My counselling is on 4 May, but I have an exam on the same day, so can my father attend the counselling on my behalf

Hi Dev!!! I would like to inform you that going to the counselling venue is compulsory for phase-I counselling as you have to give them the demand draft as well as book your seat but if you can't attend the counselling you can send any of your family members with all the required documents as well as with an authorisation letter from you mentioning that you authorise the person to attend the counselling on behalf of you.
