Hey there, with your OBC NCL rank of 2543 you can easily get any into an IIT for sure. Now all comes down to if you are flexible with your branch and location of your college or not as the older IITs or branches like CSE ECE seems to be a bit tough as of now.
Try for newer IITS like ropar, palakkad, jammu, hyderabad etc and you will surely stand a chance. Best of luck
