My crl is 291732 and air rank in sc 17,216. Is there any possible to get admission in any nit or not and which trade will be possible

Firstly brother, in B.Tech courses their are branches. It is not a diploma course where you'll be have trade.
Now, I'll answer your request.
With 17.2k category rank, owing your category, you can expect a seat some low ranking NIT's or GFTI's
But I would recomend you to prefer, state engineering colleges. As some state eng. colleges are way better than many of the midocre and low ranking NIT's
