Thanks for asking your query,as per your rank in Jee mains in obc category you have less chance of getting semi government college.I would suggest you to take admission in other private engineering college which are renowned in India.

You can get by State Counselling in which Jee scorecard is required with caste eligibility criteria.

Hello dear,
According to your rank in JEE MAINS 2019,you have no chance to get seat in any NIT, IIIT or GFTI or even in semi government colleges as your rank is very high.
