If you want nit then you can get nit ap by home state quota possibly so please wait for the counseling and put this nit as your first option as you rank will hardly fetch you any good nits so Best of Luck

I dont think u can unfortunately we got the same situation here my jee main mark is 84 and belongs to obc with 12th prcntage as 98.8 but everyone is saying that there is no chance for me to get an NIT this year
