Previous year in Odisha mbbs cut off for SC category was 393. Can I get a govt medical college if my score is 445?please sir reply me. Mbbs?

Sorry sir but your scores are too low to get admission in any governmnet college . No matter whichever course you want to persue but first of all you need to improve your scores .
