My cut off is 172 out of 200 . I belong to MBC Is there any possibilities to get seat in ssn or Sai ram eng college (for btech chemical)

Hey,
The chances are pretty slim. Has your marks been about 10 higher than currently, the response would have differed.
But as I said they are slim not 0. I would recommend you to sit down for the counseling because these things are pretty unpredictable and sometimes seats get vacant due to different parallel counselings.
