No you can't because to apply for NDA 2 you must be atleast 2003 born.

NDA is a defence exam which is one of the best choice for a person who wants to join INDIAN DEFENSE FORCES.
The age eligibility for NDA 2021 is 16.5 years to 19.5years , that is, from July 2, 2001 and July 1 , 2004.

- Candidate must be an Indian National
- Unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for NDA 2021
- Candidates should be between the age group of 16.5 and 19.5 years to apply
- Minimum education qualification required for NDA is 10+2 (Army), 10+2 with Physics and Maths (Air Force & Navy)
