Yes, you are eligible for NEET 2026. The rule says you must be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2026. Since your birthday is 7 December 2009, you will turn 17 before that date, so you meet the age requirement.
Also, there is no upper age limit for NEET 2026.
You should have completed or be appearing for Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English.
There is no limit on the number of attempts for NEET, so you can try as many times as you want.
