Minimum age for NEET eligibility is 17 years and the date of birth you give is less than it.
You are not eligible for it.

You are eligible for neet 2021 as per your date of birth but I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you are not eligible for neet 2020 as to be eligible for Neet 2020 candidates should be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2020 , but you don't fulfil this criteria as you will be 17 years old on 1st January 2021 according to your date of birth, thus you cannot write neet 2020 but you can write neet 2021 .
