My daughter eyesight is -6.25 right eye and -6.75left eye .Is she comes in disabled category

HI namya,hope you are doing well.now coming to your question,the disability criteria differs from exam to exam.Now in many exams, norms and rules suggests that person with more than 40% disability is considered as PWD category.As your daughter has eyesight issue,this might not count as disability because for disability of vision he/she must be partially blind nearly 40%.
