Well as per my knowledge sastra university is deemed university.
As you got 91 % percentile then you can try for it.
Also please mention your category too.
As one thing that no. Of candidates participating in exam are more so the completion is also very difficult..
Try for it.
You can get admission in sastra university by both
Jee main basis or
By your score basis in exam
It is a good place in technological development.
