My daughter got rank of 5003045. Can she apply for counselling in engineering colleges. Her percentile is 57 and below the city iff

Hello sir!
If things go similar to last year then she have to wait till the end of counselling process. If seats remain vacant then special round may be conducted in which she can apply for government engineering colleges also.
As of now, she have to either wait till the counselling process is cleared or she can take a drop and prepare again.
