My daughter is doing her 10th now, we are looking for her PUC admission
For PUC admission, students can choose from these top courses/streams based on their interests and future goals:
Science
* PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology)
* PCMC (Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Computer Science)
* PCME (Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Electronics)
Commerce
* CEBA (Computer Science, Economics, Business Studies, Accountancy)
* SEBA (Statistics, Economics, Business Studies, Accountancy)
* EBAC (Economics, Business Studies, Accountancy, Computer)
Arts / Humanities
* HEPS (History, Economics, Political Science, Sociology)
* Psychology with Economics or Sociology
* Languages with Humanities subjects
You can choose State Board or Central Board based on your child’s needs and future plans.
If your daughter prefers a less stressful syllabus, strong focus on state-level exams, and learning in the regional language, the State Board is a good option. It is also helpful if you plan to continue education within the same state.
If she aims for national-level competitive exams like JEE, NEET, or wants frequent transfers, CBSE or ICSE is better as the syllabus is uniform across India and focuses more on concepts and application.
Choose the stream depend on your daughter's interest.
Wishing her a great future.
