my daughter meet no 379. any medical seat available in aiq, & obc

Hope you are doing well . I assume you wanted to write NEET instead of meet . Well , with a score of 379 getting a government medical college through AIQ won't be possible despite your daughter having an OBC category. She atleast needed to score 615+ in order to safely get a government medical seat as per NEET-2020 cutoffs. As the All India Counselling post NEET-2021 hasn't been conducted yet,I cannot tell you the exact cut-offs but it's expected to be somewhat similar to last year's or may increase marginally.

From your profile,I came to know that your domicile state is Karnataka . In 2020 , for an OBC candidate ,the cutoff score through Karnataka state quota counselling to get a government medical seat was 488 with a closing AIR of 96,417.

But , she can try for private and management quota seats for MBBS,BDS and allied sciences. She can also take a drop and prepare for NEET-2022 if she wishes to .

For your daughter rank it is difficult to get good seat for her NEET UG rank under AI. So try for Management quota seat in good Medical Colleges.

Cut-off changes from year to year and depends on many factors like

1. Number of seats available.

2. Difficulty level of the exam.

3. Number of students appeared in the exam.

4. Caste Category of the students.
