My daughter studied upto 10 th class CBSE in gujarat. She is studying: intermediate in andhra pradesh.is  she local or non local. If parents get residence certificate will she be local?

Dear Sir,

Since she is studying her intermediate in Andhra Pradesh, she is generally treated as local, as Andhra Pradesh rules count the last 4 consecutive academic years of study for local status. A parental residence certificate is not compulsory if she meets this study criterion.
