For registration to KEA an application form will be released on the website which has to be filled following which aadhaar and photograph must be uploaded. After submitting application once the NEST results are announced KEA will prepare a state merit list. Based on rank, students will be called for document verification. A list of documents to be carried will be put on the website. Please read it carefully and carry all the documents.

After this, KEA will upload links for counselling. The entire process is done online. First the student must fill up their preference of colleges during option entry. Once the colleges are filled and the filling option is closed KEA will announce a mock allottment. After this there is a chance to change your list of colleges. Then the final allottment is given. If you accept the college you have to go to the KEA office and respective college administrators will be there. You have to fill the forms for the college and pay the fees. If you are not satisfied you can do second and third and mop up round of counselling. The final offline mop up round is the last round of counselling. Then, you have to go to KEA and fill the college application forms submit documents and pay the fees.

This is the complete process for admission through KEA to both private and government colleges.
