Well if the case is that your daughter did not get any seat, but her rank is less than 12000, to tell you, this is possible. It is possible when you mmight have missed on filling the options which are possible at this rank, and thus no seat would have been alloted. Other students of the same category might have filled all the possible options and they thus got a seat. Please check for the options that you have filled once.
