my daughters name in class X different from class 12( TN board), appearing for NEET UG 2020, name is changed in class 12. I have gazette copy and other documents to support my claim. Will there be any problem in the counselling?

In state counselings through NEET you have to freshly apply for counseling with you NEET rank . In that application kindly give the name present in the class 12 result . After that when your daughter will go for verification round the verifying authority will ask birth certificate or class x admit card as birth proof , you should give birth certificate instead of class x result . They also ask to show class xi result for marks verification , without any hesitation show that . I think in this way it will not create any problem . But if after all this there comes any problem regarding name change show them the gazetted proof . Good luck for your daughter's counseling .
