Hello,
No you are not eligible because the lower age limit is 21 years and upper age limit is 30 years. Candidates should have been born not later than April 1, 1999, and not earlier than April 2, 1990. Please click the below link to know more.

To be eligible for SBI PO 2020 exam, you must be at least 21 years. But now you are only 20 years old. So this makes you ineligible for the exam. You can apply for SBI PO next year i.e. 2021. As you will complete 21 years then. Age should not exceed 30 years for general category. Though there are relaxation in age for reserved category candidates.
