my dob is 09-06-1996 can i apply for cds 2020????

The eligibility criteria for CDS 2020 stated that the Candidate must be not be below the age of 19 and not above the age of 24 years at the time of applying, for general category. For OTA there's a relaxation of one year. They should be at the most 25 years old at the time of applying. So, yes. You are eligible.

For the officers, training academy, unmarried or widow male or female candidates mist not be older than 25 years and younger than 19 years of age as on January 2020. For the CDS 2 Examination, the candidate must be born between July 1994 to July 1999. So, you are eligible to appear for CDS Examination.
