Based on eligibility criteria for NEET 2021, you have to be 17 years old as of december 2021.

Which means for you to be eligible for NEET you have to be completed 17 years in that particular year, so considering that you will be eligible approximately in 2023.

No you are not eligible to give NEET as candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2021 to be eligible to give NEET. Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. You first need to complete your 10+2 level and then you will be eligible. So you will be eligible to give NEET after two years that in the year 2023.
