According to given data your age will be 30 years in 2021 , and according to the age eligibilty criteria for neet is that you shoyld have attained 17 years as on 31 ^st December 2021, of the year of admission and there is no upper age limit required for candidate appearing for the exam .

Earlier maximum age limit for appearing in NEET was 25 years for unreserved category candidates and 30 years of age for reserved and PwD category candidates.

But, in the past years Supreme Court has removed the upper age limit criteria that allows all age category candidates to appear for the exam.

Yes, if you are born on  25/08/1990, then, you will be eligible for NEET 2021 Exam.
