The eligibility criteria for NEET UG entrance exam states that the candidate must have passed class 12th with minimum 50% marks in PCB and english as an aggregate from a recognised board of education. Also, he/she must have attained an age of 17 years either at time of admission or before December....of that particular year.
So, you will be 17 by then. So, yes. You can apply for the exam, if tou satisfy the other eligibility criterias.
