Hello aspirant,
No you are not eligible for UPSC CSE exam in 2024.
To be eligible, you must be at least 21 years old on the first August of the year of the UPSC CSE examination, i. e. on the first August 2024 for UPSC 2024, and you fulfil this criteria with your mentioned date of birth because you will be 21 years old on the 9th of June 2024, i. e. before the 1st of August 2024, and thus eligible.
