Yes , you are eligible for neet 2021 with your date of birth.
Actually be eligible for Neet 2021 examination, you need to be at least 17 years old by December 31st 2021 and you fulfil this criteria with your date of birth on 6th June 2004 as you will be 17 years old on 6th June 2021 itself, thus you are eligible for neet 2021 with your date of birth
Also , to be eligible you need to get at least 50 percent aggressive marks in pcb if you belong to general category while it is only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st category.
