To prepare for NEET all you need to do is to make a strategy and segregate the syllabus according to your pace. Here are some of the tips for preparing:

Segregate the syllabus into easy, medium and hard for physics, chemistry and biology.

Allocate more time to learn new topics but don't forget to revise the one already learnt

Solve the past year question papers with time constraints.

The previous year all india closing rank for Osmania Medical College, hyderabad is 6104 and for 2019 it is 3440. So, For getting admission in osmania college you need to get rank as less as possible may be around 2500. It will be more accurate when we'll get the cutoff for 2021 as well.
