my ews certificate is issued on 12/12/2020.based on income certificate of 2019 -20...would it valid for neet 2021 counselling or i have to renew it ?

Yes, since your EWS certificate is issued on January 12, 2024 and is going to be valid for the year 2023 -2024 which is a year. This means that it should be valid for NEET 2024 form submission. Since it is valid for the year 2023-24, it should cover the NEET 2024 application period as well.
