my ews certificate is not ready yet n i registered for jee first attempt without it. can i apply ews certificate in 2nd attempt?

Hi aspirant,
It is okay even if you do not have you EWS certificate right now because you can prepare it later before the counselling sessions. Till then you can fill the students undertaking form in which validates that you have required documents and would prepared it by the due course. Please make sure to prepare the required document as per the guidelines release by National testing agency and in the same format. Also as what you have mentioned, you would not be able to upload documents if you appear for the second phase and have appeared for the first phase already because your details would be taken automatically and you would only be required to pay the fee.
