My ews rank is 747 which iit can I get

As you might know, the first round of counselling has been announced. It depends on what your actual strategy is. You can definitely even secure even old 5 IITs except for Bombay. Although the branches on offer will be somewhat of low demand and placement like you might be getting textile in IITD which is the best college within your reach. You have similarly non-traditional options in IIT KGP and IITK as well as IITM.

My suggestion would be that you can either take old IITs for the sake of the "tag", or you can take up a conventional branch in Tier-2 IITs. I hope you have filled your choices carefully. All the Best
