My exams are after 2 weeks from today i am unable to focus, i dont wanna fail in this Exam pls help me!! I don't want basic tips like eliminate distractions, study environment n blah blah.. I need useful tips that can help me to focus.
We all know there are uncertainties everywhere. But you should not bother this kind of thoughts at this moment. See the only logical thing in this moment of time is to study. Leave the fear behind and move on. It can feel like theory but its a basic reality of life. Lets discuss an analogy. You want to go to a shop by cycling. Now if you think that you can't reach the shop on time as you cycle may get punctured and as a result you don't go for the shop and take rest at home. But if you have left the house and start going for the shop then you would have reached atleast you have possibilities.
Thus we all are living on the possibilities and you should not freak out just thinking you don't want to fail. If you don't study for your exam then you will definitely fail but if you study you will have possibilities to get successful. So lets overcome this fear and do it.
Some tips:
- Do some excersise in the morning or just go for a walk for 10-15 in Morning and Evening (at your terrace as covid 19 is going on) and just spent some time with yourself. This will freshen your mind.
- Make a routine and try to follow it.
- Take good sleep and don't stress too much
You have to do it because you want to do it. So be courageous and beat the game. You can do it!
I hope this answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
It is just a matter of 2 weeks my friend.
1.Make a routine and follow it religiously.
2.Find that in 24 hours how many time you give to entertainment, studies and sleep.
3.Start making a to- do list one day before.
4.Complete simple tasks first.
5.If mobile is your distraction ,stop using it.
I have read somewhere ' Comfort is the enemy of progress'.
Do your best in these 2 weeks and you will thank yourself forever.
I hope this answer helps you.
Feel free to ask if you have any more queries.
All the best!
