well sorry for you in getting admission in to NIT'S /IIT'S depending on your score is not possible
since IIT'S and NIT'S are the prestigious institutes it requires a very good and high marks.

regarding previous year cutoff's, for different categories the cutoff range lies in between 17-25.
so as of now your marks is 37 ,there are slightler chances to get in to prestigious NIT'S and IIT'S.

sorry to tell you, your score is not sufficient to get admission in to NIT'S and iit's.
