My expected gate19 marks are 32. Expected score - 370 to 430 Category - SC can I get admission into any IIT or NIT or good clg in Delhi.

I would like to ask your branch before telling you the exact answer.
But, since you are in SC category then most probably you will clear the gate19 as the last years highest cut off was for evolution and ecology branch and it was about 32 marks for SC/ST. So, if you manage to get as much as you are telling then you may clear this years GATE paper. Please, keep in mind that the gate hasn't released the official result and cutoffs yet, so I can only predict the possibilities.
