my expected marks in advanced is120 marks can i get an IIT

You haven't mentioned your category, so I assume you are a general category student. Based on previous year data you might clear the cut off and your rank with 120 marks will be around 12,000. Unfortunately at this rank it will be difficult to get into any IIT into any course, as most of the seats for unreserved categories are filled at 8000-9000 ranks. But if you belong to any reserved category you might have a chance to get newer IITs like IIT Jodhpur with less sought our branches.

These are just based on previous year data and may vary significantly this year. So, keep your hopes high.

Congratulations on clearing JEE Advanced
120 marks is a good score in JEE advanced,  but your category plays an important role in your chances of getting an IIT,  if you belong to general category or OBC category,  it is difficult for you to get a seat in IIT.
