Since you have not mentioned your category, I assume you belong to general category. The minimum score to get into government medical college in Bihar is 546 according to last year's cut-off. Thus, your chances of getting into government college are bleak. However, you have good chances of getting into private medical colleges.

bt i saw on this website it was showing that last year cutoff for 2nd round was 462 only in bihar for genral.
