My Father Changed the Spelling of his name When I passed class 10 so till now I have been using the old spelling. Can anyone guide me what to do. I am Currently in 2nd Year of graduation pursuing B.com. I passed class 12 and Class 10 from same school. I was from CBSE board. Guide me

You need to fill your details anywhere according to the details in Class 10 certificate like you name, your father's name, your mother's name and date of birth. In case your father's name in class 12 is different from class 10 certificate then you can get an affidavit stating that both the names belong your father. You can provide this certificate at the time of taking admission in any college for higher studies or at the time of joining in a job etc.

My father's name is same (old one ) in all documents except Adhar and PAN. do I have to change it
