my father is a government employee and i am a sc category student.. then does I get fees wavior in NITs according to sc category based Or Father's income based..?

In all the colleges which comes under Joint Seat Allocation Aurhority (JoSAA), tuition fee is 100 percent off for all the candidates with SC or ST quota regardless of the income or occupation of the father or guardian. But you will have to pay the hostel and mess fee according to the Institute norms.
