According to the details given by you, the exact income of your father is not clear. If the income is less than 8 LPA then you Will be eligible. If is 9 LPA then you are not eligible. For your reference the following are the criterions:

Family income less than 8LPA
owing agricultural land less than 5 acres
House under 1000 square feet

Thanks for the info May I know what are the certificates that I should present at the time of counselling?And to get EWS what certificates are required ?

Docs needed at time of counselling include:Photo identity card3 passport size photoSeat allotment letterProof of seat acceptance fee payment DOB proofClass 10 and 12 marksheetMedical certificate Category certificate Income certificate for ews is given by revenue department. To apply for that you will need the following :Residential proofDuly signed education docsApplication form with 2rupee court stampCertificate given by two gazette officersNon judicial part declaration of Rs. 10 and I.T return /pay slip(if any)
