My Father lives in Maharashtra but I have done 10th and 12th from Gujarat. Am I eligible to apply for government colleges through MHCET ?

If your father is a domicile of Maharashtra, then you will be eligible to apply for government colleges through MHT CET. Even if you have completed your 10th and 12th from Gujarat, if a domicile certificate is possessed by your parents then you will be termed eligible. The place of domicile certificate issuing authority must fall within the jurisdiction of the respective University area.
If your father does not have the domicile certificate, then you can always apply for private colleges in Maharashtra.
