my father middle name is Kumar in adhar and other certificate but KR in class 10 marksheet . will it make problem in neet councelling ? should i make an affidavit or gazette notification ?

My fathers original name is Babu Kumar Chowdhury.But in my 10&12 marksheet it came as Babul Chowdhury .I have an affidavit which states that "Babu Chowdhury and Babul Chowdhury is same person".In my caste certificate my fathers name is written as Babu Chowdhury(Kumar missing).Any problem in NEET.
