You father's Aadhar has no bearing on your application . Please read the following

"The name of father/ mother is not exactly same
as in school records.The address mentioned in Aadhaar has been changed due to transfer or some other reason
These particular are not being matched with Aadhaar data.

So the candidates should correctly fill these particulars as
per school records. The present/permanent address may
also be filled accordingly since CBSE do not send any
communication on the candidates address."

So please be assured there is no correction needed in your application. Relax and prepare well for your exams.

The last date to make any corrections in the JEE Main 2018 application form is over now. So, whatever you have entered in the application form is final now.

You say that there is a discrepancy in how your father's name spelled in his Aadhaar card and how it is mentioned on your Aadhaar card and in JEE Main form. It is difficult to tell how the JEE Main authorities may react to the discrepancy, so I would suggest you contact JEE Main authorities in advance. This way they may tell you whether you need to make any corrections in the Aadhar card or there is something else you need to do.
