my father's name in my 12th marksheet has a gap in his name that is not present in any other document, I graduated in 2020 from 12th grade. can anyone tell me what should I do?

This is not a serious issue ,this can be solved in 10_15 days . You need to go to nearby cafe shop ,tell him your problem,he will take his charge and definitely will make corrections in your documents that will take time of some days to be verified from the upper side .

Answering to your question ,

If you want to change the name then Applications for correcting the candidate's, father's, mother's, or guardian's name will be entertained only within one year from the date of declaration of the CBSE result. Such applications must be forwarded by the Head of Institution and accompanied by the following attested documents:

1. True copy of the admission form(s) filled in by the parents at the time of admission, duly attested by the Head of the concerned institution.
2. True copy of the School Leaving Certificate from the previous school submitted by the parents of the candidate at the time of admission, duly attested by the Head of the concerned institution.
3. True copy of the relevant portion of the admission and withdrawal register of the school, where the entry has been made regarding the candidate, duly attested by the Head of the concerned institution.
