My favorite season summer in two hundred words for grade five

Summer is the season I like best. This time of year is very warm, but it’s enjoyable for me because there are simply many fun activities. Since it’s summer, I have no school and can enjoy long vacations with my friends. When the weather gets hot, I can’t help but eat ice cream and drink fruit juices. I prefer watermelons and mangoes at this time of year.

I really enjoy spending summer afternoons at my grandparents’ house. We often play sports outside, walk at night and sometimes head to the beach. I can also put on light cotton clothes and comfortable flip-flops.

Since the days are longer in the summer, I can go for bike rides, enjoy swimming and visit the park. While the weather outside is very warm, enjoying your home with a fan can make you feel great. We sometimes pack our bags for a family visit to hill stations during the hot season.

Rath Yatra and Eid, held in summer, are fun festivals that I like to celebrate with my family. Summer is special for me due to its happiness, fun and short break from classes. Because of that, summer is my favorite time of year.

My favorite season is summer. I like summer because the days are long and sunny. During summer, we have school holidays, so I get to spend more time with my family and friends. I enjoy playing outside, riding my bicycle, and going to the park in the evenings. The weather is hot, but I like wearing light clothes and eating cool foods like ice cream and watermelon.

One of the best parts of summer is going on trips. Sometimes, we visit our grandparents or go on a picnic.

In summer, we can see many colorful flowers and hear birds singing. The trees are full of green leaves. Even though it can get very hot, I always drink plenty of water and stay in the shade when it’s too sunny.
