my feb percentile is 99.4 from an obc candidate .can u guess the nit clgs I will het mainly cse..?

With a Percentile of 99.4 in JEE Main, you may estimate your General Rank to be anywhere around 3-3.5k. Your corresponding OBC Rank may be anywhere around 500-1000. At this Rank you have high chances of securing CSE at one of the below institutes
NIT Rourkela, NIT Nagpur, NIT Calicut, NIT Allahabad, MNIT Jaipur, MANIT Bhopal, NIT Jamshedpur
The above institutes have good infrastructure, faculty as well as have excellent placements at par with NIT Trichy, Warangal and Surathkal.

tq very much sir but this year mains is going to be held for 4 times will it effect my rank and my ability for the clg which u have said..?

Yeah try getting a higher percentile with each try...atleast a 0.05-0.1increase in each try more tries means, more competition. Students will keep on improving with each session....Effectively last year the Rank one got at 99.4 this year may shift to 99.5-99.6. You dont really know.
