My friend 52% in board exam & 41 marks in jee have a admission for engineering?

Chances are not good to get decent colleges and so I will suggest you to apply in private colleges of other states.
Also you are not willing to take admission in private colleges (fees will be high) then you can appear for the entrance next year as give a try one more time.
