My friend got 75.3 percentile in JEE mains (294243 CRL rank) and 17,473 rank based on her caste SC could she get into any NIT

Hii...Your percentile is good.As per the previous year cutoffs and the fact that you belong from SC category you have a very tough chance to get into any NITs.You might get some lower ranked NITs such as NITs from North-east , NIT Hamirpur, NIT Patna,etc in the later rounds.So,be patient and all the best.
