My friend is got compartment in class 12th but he is eligible for jossa counselling but compartment and bbose result come in August

Hi Prashsant,
I understand that your friend has got a compartment in class 12th but has qualified JEE and thus is eligible for the JOSAA counselling and now to answer your question please be informed that your friend cannot appear for the counselling due to the compartment issue and thus needs to first clear the compartment examination and successfully complete the class XII to be able to be allotted a seat through the JOSAA counselling.

As you said your friend's result will come in August and counselling is in August too then if the counselling is after 12th compartment result is out then it's perfectly fine but if the counselling requires 12th result then it may cause problem. So for that inquire to the respective counselling members or write an application.
