my friend is in st catagerory he get marks in biology 45 ,physic 33 ,and chemistry 41 did he eligibel for neet 2020

And your friend has to appear for Improvement exams to be eligible for NEET because for a Candidate belonging to ST Category, the required aggregate is 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
