my friend jee jan paper,not given april pper ,changed category to EWS in march, but EWS rank doesnot come ,crl rank is 232890,what to do now

At a Common Rank List (CRL) of 232890, if we look for the previous years data of admission through JEE Mains, getting an NIT, IIIT or even GFTIs for that matter, looks improbable at this rank. You can look for some of the private colleges which accept admission through JEE Mains.
